These terms apply to orders placed with Portico Pumpkins of Naples, FL through porticopumpkins.com. Placing an order means you accept them.

Orders and payment

Payment is taken in full at checkout. Prices are in US dollars and include local delivery within our service area. Prices and package contents may change between seasons.

Availability

Delivery slots are limited by our crew capacity each week. Orders are accepted on a first come, first served basis. If we cannot fulfill an order we will contact you and refund it in full.

Your display

Pumpkins, gourds and hay are natural products. Size, shape and color vary, and the display you receive will be arranged to suit your entry rather than to match a photograph exactly. Photographs on this site are illustrative.

Risk and condition

Once a display has been delivered and arranged, responsibility for it passes to you. This includes weather damage, pests, and any injury or damage arising from the display after installation. Please keep walkways and steps clear and use your judgment about placement around children and pets.

Access

By ordering you confirm you are authorized to have a display installed at the delivery address, and that our team can safely access the entry. If we arrive and cannot access the property, we will contact you to arrange a return visit.

Cancellations and refunds

See our Refund Policy. In short, refunds are issued when we are unable to provide your delivery. All other sales are final once your delivery week is confirmed.
